Good for you! Wish you would post what you're eating on Atkins....still on the induction (or whatever they call the first couple of weeks)? Would love an idea of menu choices for what you're doing. I know I can get it on the site, but always interesting to see what people are actually eating.

I thought I had once or twice.
I'm eating between 1700-2300 calories (low on days not working out, higher on days I killed myself at the gym). My % falls between 60-70% fat, 20-30% protein and under 10% carbs. I just looked at my fitday account and the only difference between now and last month is my %. When carbs went 10% or lower (20g or so), I lost. Any higher and it didn't move.
Typical day:
Breakfast--2-3 eggs
Postworkout Snack--eggwhite omelet with cheese, tomato and turkey bacon
Lunch--chicken/veggie salad with mayo over lettuce, side of greenbeans in soy sauce
Snack--piece of crustless quiche
Dinner--tilapia, salsa and cheese
I'm done with typical induction, so now nuts are allowed, but will continue in induction for as long as I feel great.
