B: 2 yogurt parfaits from McD's (6pts - 260 cal) S: 1 Poptart (5 pts - 210 cal) L: Lean Cuisine (6 pts - 270 cal)     2 Peppermint Patties (2pts - 95 cal) S: 1 Poptart (5 pts - 210 cal) D: 1 chicken cutlet (7 pts - 259 cal)     1/2 cup noodles (2 pts - 75 cal)

Total: 33 pts - 1379 calories

I haven't posted here in forever so I thought it would be fun. I don't follow it to a T but eat the core plan of weigh****chers for the most part. So this is today so far... B-bowl shredded wheat with 1c skim milk S-dan active light probiotic shot L-oatmeal with vanilla and cinnamon, 1\2c cottage cheese S-slice of SF crustless pumpkin pie, 8 bite size prunes S-yogurt cherry smoothie D-will be-taco salad(lettuce, turkey taco meat, cheese, black beans, avocado, and pico de gallo) S-will prolly be Edy's slow churned caramel ice cream but only a serving S-milk(always have a glass before bed) This is about 1900 calories, I am a calorie freak! I have to know how many I eat in a day! Candy

I was traveling most of today but I just ordered dinner and am so excited to get some good clean food in me! B: Crescent roll/croissant thing, a few spoonfuls of some very rich scrambled eggs, small apple, small espresso with cream & sugar S: Black coffee, two pieces of milk chocolate S: Small poppy seed roll S: Mushroom-barley soup D: (Will be) Napa cabbage salad, green juice with lemon, grilled seitan...and maybe some chocolate cake :)

I'm assuming you like seitan, what does it taste like?  I was just reading about this yesterday, I've never heard of it before.

LOL, what does lamb taste like? hehe naw, just kidding.  I guess lamb is like what's on gyro's so I"ve had it before.  Hmm, think I'll have to give it a shot, thanks!

B:  egg substitute with tomato, one serving oatmeal

L: hominy, salsa, and ff cheese and an apple

D: it will be..hamburger patty with onions, salad w/ff dressing, and green beans

S: not sure yet..either popcorn or cottage cheese

8:00 = 1 egg + 2 morningstar sausage patties + 1 c nf milk 12:30 = 3" turkey sub whole wht, mayo, spinach leaves, tomato + sprouts + few salsa rice crackers + 1/2 svg mini nutter butters + piece of cliff bar 4:15 = jerky, 1 ounce supper @ 6:30 ish = 1.5 c chicken helper, salad, lf dressing.  EDIT:  1 banana + 1 blueberry/pom juice cup. Exercise:  20 minutes yoga this morning + 2 hour slow kiddie bike ride this afternoon + playing at parkhands on museum with 2, 4, 8 year olds!
