Just weighed in at WW and lost 5lb this week...woohoo! Cut back on carbs and that seemed to do the trick. Will have to try it another week and see how I do. My ticker only shows a 3lb loss though, cause last week I gained 2lb and didn't change my ticker. Funny how we like to ignore the gains, huh? I'm excited and motivated and really have to thank all of you who have been discussing carbs here....got me thinking.

Good job! i had to let go of my carb (grain intake, I mean specifically) to make it easier. Weird, on ww I had been able to eat lots more, but I guess limiting other things at the same time. I got tired of monitoring it so much, though.
Eating lower carb kind of frees us from looking at it all the time, don't you think?
