B: 1 fried egg, 4 pcs bacon, 1 pc low cal whole wheat bread, 1/2 tsp margarine L: 1 pc Casey's sausage pizza, 1 nf ns yogurt S: 2 hardee's chicken strips and about tsp of honey mustard, 1/2 a hershey's cheesecake kiss, 1/3 peanut butter heart, 1 ww yogurt D: baked chicken leg with hotsauce and blue cheese dressing, 1/2 c veggies Went crazy with the "gotta have its" today but tomorrow is another day. As of today, I have lost 6.5# for one week. I'm extremely happy with those results! I just gotta keep chuggin' away. Thanks for the compliment, Janina. I surprised myself! It really feels good. ETA snack and supper.

D:  3 oz turkey (3 pts)      prunes (3 pts)      celery (0 pts)      WW ice cream bar (2 pts) Total:  31/31 points Weird assortment of food today!!  WW weigh in tomorrow.

Friday fud: weird day - woke up feeling bloaty for no good reason - stayed that way all day.  6:00 = 15 minutes yoga, ball crunches, push ups, asanas 7:00 = 1/2 scoop protein pdr + 1/2 c ff milk + 1 tsp psyllium  Nothing all morning - bad me 11:30 = 4 ounce grass fed beef patty + 1/2 oz bbq beef + lettuce, pickles, tomato + 2 tsp potato salad + 1/4 c bbq beans + 2x2 piece apple pie + 2x2 piece cherry pie (potluck!) too full to eat all afternoon!  FAST walk in the afternoon, 50 minutes in hills 2 stiff gin + frescas 7:00 pm = 1 c jambalaya (boiled shrimp, 1/2 andouille sausage) + 1/2 c red beans + 1/2 c deep fried okra 8:00 = small piece apple pie + 1/4 **** cream

What DIDN't I eat is the question! On the 12hour ride up here.. we were eating packaged turkey and chunks of provolone and some macadamia nuts. We got in late because of traffic in DC and Baltimore and had dinner late in the restaurant where my sister works. Very Italian menu...we split an order of mussels (I had about 4).  We split an order of plain chicken wings (I had about 4).  I ate a hamburger patty on a plate w a slice of tomato and I ordered sauteed broccoli but didn't eat it. Now I'm stuck in a hotel room while the x is out visiting x wife number 2 and his adult son. If I had veal parm right now I'd MOW down.  He has the car, so who knows..maybe I'll get to see some of my other sisters... maybe not. :( I should have come alone. Anyway...  back to food. I shamed him into getting me a hamburger patty this morning before he took off.  I really want to go home and pack my car and head out to Iowa... snow or no snow.
