well I took some advice and took a home pregnancy test...well I took one and when it said positive I went and got 2 more. 3 positive tests...I guess thats means I'm gonna be a mommy. I'm going to the dr to make sure I'm trying to get in today

Life never seems to go smoothly does it?  One thing I've learned over the years is life never has a certain time for things.  I don't know many people who was ever ready to start a family.  It just sort of happens.  Everyone usually wants more education, more financially stable, bigger house, etc.  But we have to accept life how it comes to us, and live with it.

You sound like your apprehensive, but excited at the same time.  If this is what you want then I think there is a congratulations in order. :)

Hehe kind of exciting and worrysome at the same time eh?  I loved being pregnant.  I had a blast with it.  I wish you lived closer, I want to see a little baby again. :)  I LOVE babies!! I've been pregnant six times, had four of them.  

Now you really need to stick around on this board!  THis is a dangerous time for you.  Make sure to stick with your plan, and eat healthy!

For what it's worth Stacy... I just thought I would add... I have been in your position... *gulp* SURPRISE!  And, I have been in the position of TRYING to get preggo (for over a year) and I was JUST AS FREAKED OUT withthe planned pregnancy as I was in the surprise one :)  There is just something really frightening about the REALITY of it all :)  LOL, I remember like it was just yesterday, after I got preggo with my now 13 y/o. We tried for well over a year- when I finally GOT preggo... I was SO EXCITED! And then as I was putting clean laundry away that morning... all of a sudden it HIT ME!  And I FREAKED! I thought... OMG! WHERE am I going to put ANOTHER DRESSER!?  It was funny... still IS cause it stands out so BIG in my memory :)    So no matter HOW a little one comes to you... you are SHOCKED! Often a little frightened- confused etc., but they are such a tremendous JOY!  Such a treasure!  You just wait! All that fear and "scared crapless" will melt away the moment he/she is placed in your arms!  I swear- a mother/child love is the most intense/soul deep love in the world!  I am so excited for you!
