B: Yogurt and Coffee (5 pts - 230 cal)     1 tiny pack of Skittles (1 pts - 50 cal) L: Lean Cuisine (6 pts - 270 cal)    2 Peppermint Patties (2 pts - 95 cal)    1 small piece of cake (baby shower) (6 pts - 239 cal) D: 10 Chicken Nuggets (10 points - 420 cal) Total: 30 pts - 1304 cal I'm trying to eat more points.  I checked my weight loss this morning and it was only one pound since last Sunday.  I've been averaging 20-24 points a day and that's pretty far under.  I got some great advice from this fabulous board to eat all my points, so I'm going to bump up my calories and see where that takes me.  I always seem to do better when I eat more calories anyway.  Weird, right? I think it's wise to up your points.. :) Today.. 2 oz of 90% lean ground beef 5 oz of 90% lean ground beef 5 oz of 90% lean ground beef All done medium rare... 2 of that was in a frying pan with no added fat..  last one was done on the grill.  I also had about 1.5 oz of southwestern chicken strips

Ok.. I got the midnight munchies.. so add some egg w/salami, ham, cheddar.... I made three eggs like that and gave the larger portion to Jon.  Who knows how many calories.. I just had the munchies.

D:  it's valentines day so i'm in the kitchen cooking away...homemade WONDERFUL buffalo wings and  twiced baked  potatoes.  not sure what else yet

I know...slap on the hand.  my husband has me trained to make him goodies on special occasions.

B:  one plain toasted waffle (70 cal) L: grilled chicken strips with BBQ sauce (350 cal)      side salad with tiny amount of dressing (100 cal) S: two FRICKIN' girl scout cookies, LOL!!  (150 cal) D: Subway roast beef sandwich and baked lays (500 cal) S: two pieces of chocolate for Valentines Day (150 cal) 1 and a half liters water, two diet cokes Total:  1320 calories WOO HOO!!  Still doing pretty good.  Happy Valentine's Day everyone!!!  xoxo and good night!

Valentines' Day... a land mine of candy & SWEETS TODAY! I had as sweets:  1/2 ounce buttery cookie + 1 bite pudding thing + 2 bites of cake after supper. 6:30= 1/2 scoop prtein pdr + 1/2 c nf milk + 1 tsp psyllium 9:00 = 1/2 protein bar lunch = veggies, feta cheese, 1/4 enchilada, 1 deviled egg Supper out with DH = bento box:  1 c tempura + 3 california rolls + 3 oz teri chicken + 1 c sticky rice + 1 potsticker + 1/2 c salad + hot tea Done for the night. Confession:  after psoting last night, i ate 2 pieces toast - put me over bad for yesterday.  Could not sleep, felt way hungry.

B: Roast Beef, Spicy Hummus, Eggbeaters, Lettuce Rollup L: Herb & Garlic Tuna pack, 1 pita, green leaf lettuce with spicy hummus, 1 naval orange S: 1 oz brie, 1 Kashi Peanut Butter Granola protein bar D: 1.5 bowls lean ground beef spaghetti with mushrooms over wheat rotini noodles Pretty good day overall.  I wasn't hungry. I have another F'ING sinus infection. That could be perhaps why.  I ate only because I knew I should. I was a little hungry at dinner though. I could've forgone the snack but it was routine. I think I will continue to leave out the fruit at breakfast. I'm finding that my breakfast lasts longer and I don't get as hungry if I don't eat fruit during the morning. It's contrary to what my nut says but I'm not gonna go hungry.

Hmmm... I think I had: B: 2 Oh Yeah! Wafers L: 4 oz Gorgonzola/Tomato Chicken D: A piece of artisan bread with olive oil      A bite of chicken      Insides of two cheese canneloni with chicken      Half a piece of chocolate mousse torte      Three chocolate covered strawberries (told ya, not a dumper!) Was great fun and tasty and well worth it-- not counting calories on holidays! This is part of my new lifestyle I've decided on. Dig! -S.
