What did you eat today? 02/13
Thanks sweety! I thought I'd better update it, as I have even been through a 'blonde' phase since the last photo. My hair seems to change frequently... LOL
I love my latest haircut, I went to the hairdresser and said give me something wash n wear but not a harsh blunt bob. Took a while to get used to it cause I have often had longer hair- and hubby likes long hair... but hey- he's not the one blowdrying it.

6:45 = 1/2 scoop protein pdr + 1/2 c blueberry/pom drink + 1 tsp psyllium 150 cals
9:00 = 1/2 protein bar 150 cals
11:00 = other half of bar + 1/4 c cashews 210 cals
12:00 = EAS high protein oatmeal + 1 small tangerine 280 cals
4:30 = taste test about 1/2 large cookie, bites of pizza 200?
6:30 pm. = salmon, grilled, 1/2 c pilaf, zuccini 550 cals?
~1600 for the day?
Only did ashtunga yoga this morning, 30 minutes
B: Turkey Ham, Eggbeaters, Green leaf lettuce, Spicy Hummus wrap
L: 1 shake & bake chicken leg, 1.5 cups black eye peas, 1/2 cup green beans, 6-8 pieces of pineapple.
S: 1 oz Presidents Brie, 4-6 pieces of pineapple
S2: Banana
D: 1 Turkey burger with green leaf lettuce, mayo, ketchup, mustard on wheat, cup of baked curly fries, 8 fish sticks
S: (waahhh!! damn those carbs!!) about another cup of fries and 5 more fish sticks, 5-8 cheddar veggie crisps
Carb attack!! I knew I shouldn't have had those damn fish sticks and curly fries! Grr!!
