What did you eat today? 02/13
B: 1c scrambled egg whites w/ ham and cheese
L: South Beach meal- Southwestern Chicken Wraps, 3oz mini dill pickles
D: 1/4c tuna mixed w/ boiled eggs, dill relish, and lf miracle whip, 1/2 c lf cottage cheese, 1c lettuce salad w/ spray dressing
S: nf ns yogurt
I seem to be averaging 900-1000 cal a day with a few exceptions. That's great for me because I am more sedantary than alot of you but I am trying to get more active. Stationary bike has been working wonders. I have been at this about 3 weeks and truly have no idea what my true starting weight was. I do know I weighed on Friday the 8th and again today and I am down 5 pounds. At this point, it doesn't matter to me where I started. I know I am losing and I know the jeans I put on today were looser so I've definitely got to be doing something right! Beth
B; 1/2 c. egg beaters, 1 string cheese, and piece of toast with spray butter.
S: I gave in to a chocolate covered strawberry that I bought for my husbands valentines day present.
L: 16 rice crackers, 4 tbsp hummus, 20-25 grapes.
D: I haven't eaten yet , but I'm planning on 1/2c. homemade fried rice and sushi..yummm! If I'm still hungry later on I'll make me a salad since I didn't get in any veggies today!

2 slices multigrain bread spread with vegemite and 2 slices of lowest fat cheese grilled
3 cups of coffee (oops, hand on make that 4...)
1 small multigrain roll with 97% fat free ham, LOTS of salad -tomato, lettuce, cucumber, some sliced shallots and a smear of whole grain mustard (yummy!)
No fruit yet as we are out and I need to go to the shops
dinner is beef and veg casserole (no rice or pasta)
Dessert- if I am still hungry I'll probably have a small tub of vaalia low fat yogurt and fruit
Oh, and cup of tea or 2
Going a bit OTT with caffeine today as I am stressed.
