Yea, I could go for just living here in summers only. :)  Winter is just too hard, the older I get, the more the cold bugs me.  But now where you live..that would be WAY to hot for me.  I might be going to Georgia and Illinois this summer and although I'm excited about it, I'm scared to death of that kind of heat!  Lol, I actually break out in heat! ha  

Buying land for camping purposes is a great idea, throw on a little cabin and your set!  Get it next to a good fishing spot or inlet, or Denali even if you are into hiking.  But heck, hiking is everywhere here!

Yep... depends on where you look- if you're looking at a resort type area or what.

I actually have 4.65 acre that I've been wanting to sell- but we're asking 80k. I haven't really listed it cause I'm so "up in the air" with it selling. It was my grandparents place and I have such fond memories there!  It would make an AWESOME place to build a summer home or a lodge etc. In fact... WE should do that LOL
