Analyze my meals?
It looks pretty good to me too, but I will say that if I cave and eat P-butter... I tend NOT to loose. I try very hard not to eat any- and I love the stuff!
I'm not sure if the fat is just to much for me- or that added with whatever salt it has etc. I don;t know. But it adds the calories (in my case- points) TOO FAST for me. It's just not worth it to me.
Since I am a child care provider- I searve p-butter a couple times per week. So if I cave at all... I'll eat 1/4 of a sandwich :) Just to get that p-butter taste. I have eaten a whole one but NOT very often cause I get really down when it shows no loss :( Also I rarely eat a yogurt. I eat a LOT of applesauce though! And once in awhile I add a dab of sugar and cinnamon to it- just to help the sugar thing. Most the time I eat it plain.
I would try to steer clear of that- beyond that... and even WITH that occasionally- you sound like you are doing great!
My glucose has been running borderline. I notice if I eat very starchy veggies like potatoes or fruit, especially apples, I crave sweets soooooooo badly. I am still eating carbs but just taking notice of which ones induce my cravings and steering clear of them completely. You have a nice meal plan. You may just have some foods that spike your blood sugar more than others bringing on the cravings. My suggestion is to take note of the foods that fill you up most and the ones that trigger cravings and eat accordingly. Good luck, Chris. You'll work it out. Beth
