WAY TOO MANY CARBS TODAY!!!!!!  B: Nothing S: BAD BAD! lol 3 Double Stuffed Oreos! L: Lean Cuisine FlatBread Chicken Ranch D: Turkey Sloppy Joe and 1/2 cup of cottage cheese 932 Calories Doing Laundry will burn calories, Cleaning my apartment will too, and then Kickboxing TurboJam stuff. Shari, Where in the world are you getting those Oh Yeah Protein Wafers from?  I'm trying to find different ways to get my protein and hoping to stop drinking so many protein shakes.  They are getting very old very fast.  Are there certain kinds in your opinion that are better than others?  It would be great if they had a variety pack. B: nothing, got up late L: 1c chili, 1/4c cheese, 35 oyster crackers D: 1/2c chili w/1/4c corn, red peppers, onion mix, 1/4c wild rice S: (later tonight) 1pc toast w/ 2tbsp peanut butter and 8 oz skim milk or 1c raisin bran and 1/2c skim milk

B:  plain toasted waffle and a whole grapefruit (205 calories) L: grilled chicken strips and BBQ sauce (400 calories) S: four shortbread cookies (120 calories) S: pudding cup (130 calories) S: tangerine (40 calories) D: Subway, roast beef and baked lays (440 calories) Two liters of water and one diet coke. 1335 calories I went over today!  I want to stay around 1000-1200 calories.  Still not too bad for me though.  I was used to eating triple this!  Yikes! I am going to go work out and burn off some of the extra I ate today.

5:00 a.m. = 30 minutes ashtunga poses 6:00 = 1/2 scoop pro pdr + 1/2 c oj + 1 tsp psyllium 140 cals 9:30 = 1/2 protein bar 150 cals 12:00 = 1 high protein soup + 1 c kale + 1/4 c cottage cheese + 1/2 slice bread + 1 ounce turkey and cheese total ~320 cals 3:00 = 1 large apple + 2 tsp cashews ~200 cals 5:00 p.m. = 1 hour walk in big hills 6:30= 3/4 c ff refried beans + 1 small flour tortilla + 1/2 oz shred cheese + 3 oz gr beef seas w/taco + pepper strips + 1/2 avocado + 1 oz chicken with onions and bell pepper. ~650 cals ~1500 cals for the day

B: Turkey ham & eggbeaters roll-up with green leaf lettuce, 1 small banana, 4 cups of coffee L: 1 turkey sandwich with green leaf lettuce and mayo on wheat, about 20 farmland cheddar veggie chip things  1/2 naval orange S: 1 Breyers Light Strawberry Yogurt (80 cal), 1/2 naval orange D: 4" x 2" pot roast with 3-4 small potatoes and 1 cup carrots, 1 natural PB& sugar free Jam on wheat (prolly 2 much PB but i like it thick) I'm gonna repost this and ask for opinions.
