"Lipti" meaning elliptical of course! I had a DC kiddo until 6:30 p.m. today- then had to make dinner (spaghetti), eat, clean-up, and then had to help with Valentine cards... BEFORE I could go do my exercise! HOLY CRAP! It was HARD! And I never changed it- it was still on the lower program! But I skipped Sat/Sun.... did I ever PAY!  I don't think it's worth taking a day off! Don't think I will next weekend. I was huffing and puffing and the sweat was dripping off my face!   What's with that!? Would missing TWO DAYS cause it to be HARDER?  It was all I could do to finish 22 minutes today :( Now it's 10:30 and I am BEAT!

Beat but persisting! Yeah you.

Sometimes when life is really busy I don't get onto my bike unitl 11pm... and I ride for an hour... a long tiring hour... Timing can be tricky, but you did it!

Every minute spent is a minute closer to your goal.

Wow...good for you fighting through all that sweat to complete your workout!  Those things must be brutal, but just think of the calories you're burning.  Sounds like maybe even a lighter workout on weekends would make it easier to get back on track on Mondays. You guys are really motivating me with all this exercise!
