OMG... the HARDEST time on the "lipti"
"Lipti" meaning elliptical of course!
I had a DC kiddo until 6:30 p.m. today- then had to make dinner (spaghetti), eat, clean-up, and then had to help with Valentine cards... BEFORE I could go do my exercise! HOLY CRAP! It was HARD! And I never changed it- it was still on the lower program! But I skipped Sat/Sun.... did I ever PAY!
I don't think it's worth taking a day off! Don't think I will next weekend. I was huffing and puffing and the sweat was dripping off my face! What's with that!? Would missing TWO DAYS cause it to be HARDER? It was all I could do to finish 22 minutes today :(
Now it's 10:30 and I am BEAT!

Wow...good for you fighting through all that sweat to complete your workout! Those things must be brutal, but just think of the calories you're burning. Sounds like maybe even a lighter workout on weekends would make it easier to get back on track on Mondays.
You guys are really motivating me with all this exercise!
