 I am eating 1000-1200 calories a day.  I always lose the first few lbs really easy, I know it will get harder.  I don't even have a scale at home, I threw it in the garbage.  So I am going to weigh myself on Monday's and Friday's at work.   My entire building is doing this Healthy Culture program.  We have no vending machines.  We have a snack cabinet with 100 calorie packs, nuts, low cal snacks.  It's a honor system and you put your money in the cabinet and pick a snack - if you need one.  Every month they have a lunch and learn where everyone brings a healthy dish and shares recipes and we discuss something health related.  We also take two stretch breaks a day and stretch for ten minutes.  It's great!  Oh, and I work out at home maybe 3-4 times a week.  Might have to step that up though.
