B: Light Yogurt and Coffee (120 cal) (2pts) L: Lean Cuisine (270 cal) & 1 small candy (50 cal) (7pts) S: 2 Wholegrain Crackers (80 cal) and 1 wedge of laughing cow (35 cal)(3pts) D: 4 oz Sweet & Sour Chicken (310 cal) (7pts) S: Frappacino ice cream pop (130 cal) (3pts)

Total: 995 - 22 points I'm allowed 32 points a day, with a 35 point a week splurge account to pull from.  I stayed way below my points today.  Yay me!  But I have to say that light yogurt sucks...

Congratulations on your first day of WW, Janina.  One word of advice....most people find that they lose much faster eating all of their daily points, or mix it up and eat a few less some days and a few more others.  Many people find their weight loss slows considerably when then eat below their point level...body thinks it's going into starvation mode, I guess and your metabolism slows down.  I think you'll find you're really eating well and satisfied with the amount of food...may be more than you're used to eating though.  Not sure how that works with the lapband. B:  2 slices turkey bacon (2 pts)      LS oatmeal (2 pts)      tangerine (1 pt) S: 1 cup blueberries (1 pt) L:  2 c. salad (romaine, carrots, radishes, cucumber, tomato) with spray dressing (2 pts)      3 oz LF turkey (3 pts)      1/2 c FF milk (2 pts) S:  2 laughing cow cheese (2 pts)      1 oz LF beef jerky (2pts)      1 c grapes (1 pt) D:  4 oz lean broiled pork chop (4 pts)      1 c. brown rice (3 pts.)      1 cup beets (2 pts)      1 c. brussel sprouts (0 pts) S:  WW ice cream bar (2 pts).....later Total 29/31 points

Thanks for the advice.  I would have eaten more points today if I had my regular yogurt (which is 5 points) but I screwed up and bought light instead.  I'm just trying not to eat until I'm truly hungry, so I'm cutting back on the snacks.  It was my second day, though, so I'll get used to eating all my points soon enough.  Thanks again!

Well I didn't eat much at ALL today. I know its bad but I have days like this. So it isnt a big deal to me. B: Nothing L: Nothing D:Chicken Sandwich. (2 pieces of Light Bread, Miracle Whip, SLice of cheese, 9 slices of Deli Chicken, , Mustard, & Lettuce) 90% of a dill pickle. 9 Townhouse Reduced Fat Crackers, 1 Wedge of Garlic & Herb Laughing Cow Cheese Spread, 1 Wedge of French Onion Laughing Cow Cheese Spread. That cheese spread is my new addiction I absolutely LOVE IT! It is so yummy! 404 Calories I will probably burn some of it off if not more. I am not going to the gym tonight but I will do some stripping to Carmen Electras stuff and maybe some turbojam or something :)

But my post-dinner declaration still stands, and I am pretty happy. YUM!
