only my back  hurts today dont know if i did something wrong yesterday or just sleep wrong. But after assisting the Doc in a procedure this morning and bending over to hold patient it really hurts now I think I will try to stretch it on my lunch today. before I go work out tonite. Jenn

never stretch before working out.  I know, you like I were probably raised to stretch first, but it's wrong...it's like taking a rubber band out of the freezer and could injure you further.  Do some cardio before any stretching....
