B: 1/2 turkey sandwich left over from lunch yesterday, strawberries and vanilla yogurt (50) an hour wandering on the trails around the SC botanical gardens L: schlotskys small grilled chicken sandwich (340), baked lays (130), grapes (50), sugar free pudding (60), cool whip free (20) 45 minutes treadmill S: apple (75), 3 FRS chews (60) D: 2 oz whole wheat pasta (170), ground turkey breast (120), classico sauce (75), onion, broccoli/cauliflower steamfresh mix (45), parmesan cheese (30) S: sugar free pudding (60), cool whip free (20), 100 calories pack don't know the breakfast sandwich calories, but not counting that, its about 1350 i think . pretty happy with that.

I ate a whole bunch of BULLCRAP! lol. Yesterday was bad....very bad. But I was still ok with the scale today. I know if I didnt eat all that I ate yesterday I might have been down more. Oh well....Keep on chuggin along. :)
