D: 2 oz whole wheat pasta (170), ground turkey breast (120), classico sauce (75), onion, broccoli/cauliflower steamfresh mix (45), parmesan cheese (30)
S: sugar free pudding (60), cool whip free (20), 100 calories pack
don't know the breakfast sandwich calories, but not counting that, its about 1350 i think . pretty happy with that.
