B: Yogurt (230) 1/4 piece of pizza (150) and Coffee (380 cal) L:1/2 pizza (300 cal) (threw it up - guess I can't eat pizza anymore) S: 2 crackers (80) and 1 wedge of Laughing cow (35) (115 cal) Juice (240 cal) D: Lean Cuisine (390 cal) Total: 1425 not counting my throw-up episode I joined WW today.  Yay me!

Oh Janina, Janina.. I knew this was coming tonight!  LOL   Um.. why are you throwing up? GOOD for you on joining WW!  I hear that's a great place for support... way to go!! B.  I don't remember....................  OH.. a lean hamburger patty w/an easy over egg on it L.  1 oz of some nice provolone and 1 (45 cal) serving of shaved turkey D.  2 roasted chicken thighs and a few broccoli florets

My band doesn't like the doughy bread of fake pizza (Pizza Hut pizza).  It's too heavy and I can't keep it down.  Sucks...

Good for you on WW, Janina. I hope you like it. Keep us updated. Sorry about the barf-a-thon. Breakfast: Blueberry bran muffin, iced Americano - 125 Lunch: (Trader Joe's) Black bean & corn enchiladas, banana granola bar - 410 Dinner: Egg white sandwich: 3 butter-sauteed egg whites, Neufchatel cheese and red onion on whole rye - 380 - simple but so decadent and so good! Dessert: Forelle pear w/ dark chocolate peanut butter dip and a chocolate almond milk - 250 [1200 Calories] The only veggies left in my house today were french fries, tomato sauce and frozen peas and I neglected to repleni****'s Sunday and I'm too lazy!

Progresso Beef Vegetable Soup S: Unjury Protein shake with strawberries D: 4 oz asian peanut chicken with snowpeas S: 1/2 cup cheesecake cream cheese pudding 847 Cals    27 fat      69 carbs   79 protein I have a cold and I'm freeeeezin'.  Soup is good food! I'm 219.8 today--- first time under 220 pounds since the 1980s. Finally, shopping at Goodwill is starting to be fun!
