Any liquid dieters?
Anybody doing a liquid/mostly liquid diet like Optifast or New Lifestyle?
What results/ frustrations? Things to consider? Etc.
I am thinking about the New Lifestyle program (and some Labrada LC shakes etc) I've never done such a program, but I'm thinking it might work okay - then I wouldn't be trying to make good choices in stores etc. Atkins works for me, but I have to be on the higher end of the carbs or the ketosis makes me too nauseated.

Ok.. I gotta open my big, fat mouth here.
I did pro-cal in 1986 and lost all the weight I gained while pregnant. I then put it all back on plus about 20 lbs.
I did medi-fast after that.. lost it all again.. put it all on again PLUS another 20 on top of it.
Both were 500 calories a day and very effective.. initially. Hunger is a definite issue... I would never do it again.
