Kept my calories normal, but did splurge a bit today (since I didn't do my Friday splurge-lol) So, no one spank me with a wet noodle please-lol!
Snack: Ice Cream Dots (never had before) 1/2 serving
Breakfast: Cereal & Milk
Lunch: Quiznos 1/2 Carbonara Sandwich (ouch on the cals & fat on this bad boy)
Snack: Ice Cream Dots (the other 1/2 serving)
Snack: Tuna sandwich & Tea
Dinner: Steak 3oz & Tea
Snack: Whole wheat tortilla & 1t butter
Snack: 1 Cup milk & 1T nesquik
Calories: 2225
Fat: 106g (ouch..that Quiznos will definately be a once in a blue moon thing)
Sat Fatg: 40g (see above note-lol)
Sodium: 3440mg (see above note)
Carbs: 226g (10% of calories, so what I'm shooting for)
Fiber: 24g (yeah! I've tripled my daily fiber intake since starting this diet)
Protein: 96g (within goal range)
Water: 45oz
Exercise: 30 minutes on bike.
Positive note, I calculated my recovery heart rate today & its 40, which I guess is a good number, especially considering my weight. I peaked at 138, and stopped exercising for 60 seconds & tested again & I was 98. If I understand correctly, 30 or less difference is high risk for heart attack; diff of 50 is in excellent shape; so I'm in the middle:-)
Even with the splurge, I'm not feeling any guilt-lol! Of course I'll probably be crying a river after my morning weigh in-lol!
