B: Yogurt and Coffee (230 cal) L: Lean Cuisine (220 cal) S: 1 York Peppermint patty (40), Butterfinger mini's (200 cal) and a Tootsie roll pop (60 cal) D: Macaroni and cheese (310 cal) Total: 1060 calories I over did it on the candy today, but I was sooo craving sugar.  It's times like this where I wish Lap-band would come with dumping as a consequence.  Then maybe I'd stay away from the sugar!

Oh Yeah Wafers 2 oz turkey jerky an orange 9 soy crisps a piece of whole wheat flatbread pizza with ham 4 ham/LC cheese/pickle roll-ups A quarter of a chicken quesadilla with salsa and lowfat sour cream 1/2 cup cream cheese pudding and lotsa tea. 851 calories   33 fat     67 carbs    74 protein I don't dump, Janina. But I haven't had a piece of candy in over a year-- I just sorta removed it from my gut's vocabulary. (Ditto for white bread, pasta, bagels, potato chips, Doritos, soda)

I am sick today, for the first time in a long time...ugh. Trying to get some good food in anyway...but my head feels like it weighs 75 pounds, and I'm nauseous. B: Chocolate Lucky Charms with rice mil****d coffee with soy milk L: (Amy's) Pasta & 3 bean soup, gala apple D: Salad with baby greens, fennel, broccoli, red onion, avocado, raw goat's milk cheddar cheese and balsamic vinegar Dessert: Blueberries & a chocolate almond milk, I think Total: 1000 calories

Wow our dinner was quite similar!!  (we my tonight's dinner and your last night's dinner that is.) You did well today!  Hang in there Lori, I think you're about to start turning a corner.

B: Slimfast Optima S: Turkey Pepperoni L: 3 oz homemade chicken salad (lf/lc) on wheat, low carb tortilla      Banana S: 100 Calorie Cheez-its D: Went out to dinner for the 2nd time this year -- ordered off the WW menu at Applebees -- lime grilled tilapia with broccoli (dang good too!) That's it for me today!

5:45 am: 30 minutes ball crunches, push ups, side planks, down dogs, ashtunga poses 6:30 am:  1/2 scoop protein pdr + 1 c nf milk + 1 tsp psyllium 9:30:  1 string cheese, little later, 2 tbsp cashews 12:00:  1/2 chicken breast baked + 1 c pasta + 1T bleu cheese + 1 diet pepsi + 1/2 svg all bran crackers 4:30:  1/2 scoop protein pdr + 1 c nf milk One hour power walk inserted here! 6:00-7:30:  4 stiff gin and diet tonic 6:45:  4 ounce grilled steak + 1 svg potato wedges rosemary herb + 1 tsp catsup + 2 grilled scallops with bacon wrap + large salad: romaine, cukes, avocado, onion dressed with ranch, lite catalina 8:00:  1/2 **** cream

I didn't know they made diet tonic - G&T's are my favorite drink.  I'll have to look into that.  Thanks Neecee!

B: Turkey, Eggbeaters & lettuce roll-up, 1/2 banana L: 1 turkey ham sandwich, 2.5 servings lo-fat broc and cheese (150 cals), 1/2 banana S: 1 mozzarella cheese stick, 1 peach D: Pollo Tapatio (grilled chicken, spinach, onions, cheese sauce), refried beans, rice, Tortilla Chips with queso dip and salsa. I was amazed at how quickly I got full.  The wife and I shared the Pollo Tapatio and we brought leftovers home! We ate 1 basket of chips and I had maybe 3-4 additional chips out of the second basket they brought to the table. I guess he didn't understand my spanglish when I said, no mo chipos. S'okay though!    Friday nights are our eat out, eat whatever you want night. It's funny how it ends up being mexican all the time! hahah
