I over did it on the candy today, but I was sooo craving sugar. It's times like this where I wish Lap-band would come with dumping as a consequence. Then maybe I'd stay away from the sugar!

9:30: 1 string cheese, little later, 2 tbsp cashews
12:00: 1/2 chicken breast baked + 1 c pasta + 1T bleu cheese + 1 diet pepsi + 1/2 svg all bran crackers
4:30: 1/2 scoop protein pdr + 1 c nf milk
One hour power walk inserted here!
6:00-7:30: 4 stiff gin and diet tonic
6:45: 4 ounce grilled steak + 1 svg potato wedges rosemary herb + 1 tsp catsup + 2 grilled scallops with bacon wrap + large salad: romaine, cukes, avocado, onion dressed with ranch, lite catalina
8:00: 1/2 **** cream
B: Turkey, Eggbeaters & lettuce roll-up, 1/2 banana
L: 1 turkey ham sandwich, 2.5 servings lo-fat broc and cheese (150 cals), 1/2 banana
S: 1 mozzarella cheese stick, 1 peach
D: Pollo Tapatio (grilled chicken, spinach, onions, cheese sauce), refried beans, rice, Tortilla Chips with queso dip and salsa.
I was amazed at how quickly I got full. The wife and I shared the Pollo Tapatio and we brought leftovers home! We ate 1 basket of chips and I had maybe 3-4 additional chips out of the second basket they brought to the table. I guess he didn't understand my spanglish when I said, no mo chipos. S'okay though! Friday nights are our eat out, eat whatever you want night. It's funny how it ends up being mexican all the time! hahah
