Proud of her!!

My wife just reported to me that she is down 13 lbs!  She came off of her Cymbalta and is now taking a low dose of Prozac. Her appetite has almost diminished and she's more active.  She's moving towards getting off the prozac too!  So proud of her for losing the weight!  She's lost more than I have! lmao

Good for her!!! On the Phentermine boards I read alot of post that if the Phentermine isn't working that you can take it with Prozac to boost it up again....Hmmm.. But really good for her!!!!!

She had gained up to 195lbs. I don't know what she's act right now but I think it's in the 180s or so. I'll have to ask her what her actual weight is.

She's at 183 lbs right now.  TOM is visiting her so I can imagine she'll drop some more weight in 3 or 4 days.....Hmm.. I might be dropping weight in 3-4 days too! Heheheh

It SO much better if your whole house can be on board with this!   LOL...my DH actually said he needs to lose weight yesterday....I only have to wait to let this be "his idea"   men!

Isn't that the truth!!??  That is what I find I have to do as well!!  In just about ANY decision! Sometimes it aggravates me so... other times I just grin and LOVE IT :) Tis a mans way I guess :) 

Sort of funny you two mentioned this.  My dh said last night that he wieghed himself and he is the same, 208.  He has said this for the past four years!  I cracked up and told  him yea, you've went from 170-208 in four years, but "your the same!"  haha  He just won't give it up!  I find it quite funny.

Prozac can be a blessing or a curse. It either gives you decreased appetite or insatiable hunger. For me, I have the decreased appetite. LOVE IT! It is not only helping my mood and stress but it is giving me a boost in changing my eating habits. I'm so glad the doc put me back on it.  Congrats to your wife. I would love to know if I have lost but I haven't weighed in yet and it's been 2 weeks since I started.  Beth
