here we go again...Atkins discussion!

I need the CRISP stuff... and I buy Carolina NO sugar bacon.  The other bacons are cured with sugar.. .so that's a no no.  Maybe I'm a bit too pedantic when it comes to the no carb thing.. but if it works.. it works.  For the first time in a long time, I feel free.. and if being STRICT means being free.. I'll take it! ;)

Oh my god. That is so wrong. I've been watching Food Network this morning and Paula Deen made fried macaroni & cheese...a block of mac wrapped in bacon and then deep fried. Wow.

Paula is insane!! I wish I could take life so casually and eat her recipes! lol

I'm sorry, I think Paula Deen is a pig.  Not referring to her weight, just her actions...licking sticks of butter, putting her tongue in a chocolate fountain meant for her studio guests, making sexual innuendos.  I cringe whenever I see her:-( I like Ina Garten (Barefoot Contessa); Alton Brown; and can take Rachel Ray in limited doses-lol!
