Breakfast: Cereal & milk Snack: Lorne Dorne 100 Cal cookies Lunch: Roast beef sandwich on wheat bread, 1T mayo and tea Snack: Orange Dinner: Steak (6oz), Sm baked potatoe, baby carrots, 1&1/2t butter & tea Snack: Tootsie pop-lol! (left over lollipop from Halloween) 2nd Dinner (8pm) Tuna fish sandwich (with pickle, onion, boiled egg & mayo) on wheat bread and tea. Calories: 1987 Fat: 77g Sat Fat 23g (lowest I've been able to get it so far; shooting for about 18 grams) Sodium: 1500mg Carbs: 213g Fiber: 23.5g (been working on getting this higher...previous was under 10g a day) Protein: 130g (a bit higher than I want to be at) Water: 60 oz (4 glasses a day at 15oz ea) Exercise: 30 minutes on bike at 8am; 4pm & last session after this post:-) Lisa
