LOL...i finally saw what you guys meant...at work, certain words as you say are blocked, have asterisks in place of certain words.  I mean,. before now, c.u *** ber was not a dirty word.  now I will be forever laughing when I read it!!!!!  It must have to do with firewalls and server protection. My home computer shows no blocking. LOL

Jenn: Any kind.. they just don't agree with me before I go to bed.. I don't know what it is. I do like bananas, but every since I had those episodes.. i swore then off after the sun goes down! LOL -Bud

Yay for a good day!! Let's just hope I don't ruin it tonight! B: 4 cups coffee, Turkey & Eggbeaters lavash (not the turkey ham this time!), 1/2 normal banana L: 1 turkey sandwich (3 slices, mayo, wheat bread),  2 servings green beans, 1/2 normal banana S: Breyers Light Strawberry  Yogurt  (80 cals), 1/4 handful of trail mix D: Spaghetti over spaghetti squash - 1 large bowl, 1 normal size banana About 60 ounces of water so far but I'm getting awfully thirsty!

B: 2 Eggs L: 2 Big Salads w/ Olives, Bacon, Onions, Spinach, Tomatoes, & Ranch. 1/2 slice of pizza (invited to lunch at an all you can eat joint) S: 1/2 Protein Bar, 3 Coffee Nips, a SF York Peppermint Pattie D: Tomato Sandwhich and a ceasar salad No snack i think, i feel full right now.. if i do it'd be a 1/2 protein bar. -Bud

Staying accountable, but this is sorry, indeed: B: Iced coffee with skim milk, chocolate Vitamuffin (190) L: Nothing S: 5 baby brussels sprouts (was at Dad's house and we were talking about what produce is in season; he made me some so I could taste) (25) "Dinner": 1/2 pint raw strawberry gelato (500) (!!!) S: Cauliflower & cucumber in hot sauce dip (80) Total: 795 calories I had to keep it really light after the Great Gelato Disaster of '08 otherwise I knew I would have let my nerves get the best of me.

6:45 a.m. = total raisn bran + 1/2 c nf milk 9:00 1/2 protein bar bad bad me, work was horrendous.  LULL right here...only water for too many hours.... 1:45 (!) = 4 ounce deli turkey slices + 8 large olives in oil and garlic + 1 tall skinny sugar free latte 4:30 = 1/2 c 2% cottage cheese + 1/4 c salsa + 4 ritz crackers 6:30 = cabbage rolls! 2 cups, probably a slice of bread, 1 c nf milk

Breakfast: Cereal & milk Snack: Lorne Dorne 100 Cal cookies Lunch: Roast beef sandwich on wheat bread, 1T mayo and tea Snack: Orange Dinner: Steak (6oz), Sm baked potatoe, baby carrots, 1&1/2t butter & tea Snack: Tootsie pop-lol! (left over lollipop from Halloween) 2nd Dinner (8pm) Tuna fish sandwich (with pickle, onion, boiled egg & mayo) on wheat bread and tea. Calories: 1987 Fat: 77g Sat Fat 23g (lowest I've been able to get it so far; shooting for about 18 grams) Sodium:  1500mg Carbs: 213g Fiber: 23.5g (been working on getting this higher...previous was under 10g a day) Protein:  130g (a bit higher than I want to be at) Water: 60 oz (4 glasses a day at 15oz ea) Exercise: 30 minutes on bike at 8am; 4pm & last session after this post:-) Lisa

B: Cereal and 2% milk (330 cal) L: 1 cup tuna cassarole (290 cal) S: 2 celery sticks with 3 tbsp all natural peanut butter (335 cal) D: 4 oz. roast(don't know the calories) 3 red potatos(300 cal) and 1 cup of baby carrots (60 cal) Total: Around 1315 not counting my meat since I don't know the calories!!

B: None got up late L: 1/2 cheeseburger (no bun, 2 small tomato slices, 4 pickles, 1/2 pc lettuce, mustard), 1/2 c chili w/ 1/4 c cheese S: the other half of my chili and cheese and 5 saltines, 15 oz apple juice D: 1c stir fry w/ 2 oz chicken, 1c lo mein noodles S: 4 oz unsweetened applesauce I had my glucose tested on Jan 29th and it came back at 118 so the doc had me redo it on Feb 5. It came back at 107. The only thing I have done differently is change my diet and exercise. Inspiration to keep going.  Silly nurse at the doc's office took my BP and told me it was 170/99!!! I looked at her and said, "I don't think so!" I have been on a BP pills for 2 days and it was only running 140s over 80s before. She told it must be because I was worked up over being there. Not likely. I mean yeah it was a pap and all but I was no where near that nervous and worked up. Oh well. Such is life in my world I suppose. Have a good evening all! Beth

B: Nothing L: Tomato Sandwich (2 slices light bread, 2 nice slices of tomatoe, 2tbsp MIracle Whip Light) - 123 Calories D: Went out w. my BF to Don Pablos. We had Chips and Salsa I had half (169 Cal) I ordered the "Mama's Skinny Enchiladas" I ate half (290 cal.) and I ordered a Margarita I ALWAYS order one they are so yummy. I had a 14oz one I am guessing o nthe calories I am going with TDP (325 cal) I did a DVD work out so burned some calories all coming out to 516 Calories.
