Stacy, any workout that whoops your butt, and pushes you beyond what you think you are capable of is a great workout! As long as it doesn't push you off of a cliff.
I love, love, love, Dr. Oz! I just wish I could lose weight on a low fat diet, but that doesn't work with my metabolism.
I hope you make it up to the third level and end up kicking level three's Butt!
