Abstinence - Day 5
Breakfast
1/2 grapefruit
1 cup Rolling Oats
1 cup 1% milk
2 cups coffee
20 oz. water
Lunch
Country-fried steak
Rice with gravy
Chunky applesauce
Peas
2 medium whole wheat pita pockets
6 oz. nonfat, low sugar yogurt with fruit
1 large Slimfast Bar
16 oz. water
Dinner
4 pieces large pizza with double cheese, pepperoni, & pork sausage
Diet root beer
Evening Snack
1/2 cup sugar-free, low fat ice cream
I know I'll probably get criticized for calling today's meals "abstinence". I understand, and accept your criticism. I'll work at doing better, one day at a time.
