B:  Slim Fast Optima (Choc) on the way to work S:  None today, put my yogurt in the fridge for tomorrow L:  PB on English Muffin      Naval Orange S:  2 Wasa Crackers w/ a wedge of light laughing cow cheese D:  Grilled Chicken Taco Salad because the dang taco shells were all broken! grrr (abt. 3oz chicken, tomatos, lite sour cream, lettuce, black olives, little 2% cheese) I drank crystal lite all day *yeah I totally didn't do my larger lunch w/ smaller dinner today, due to lack of planning ahead and waking up late this morning

Still dizzy and nauseated so the food just is like BLECHHHHHH!!!!!!!! Anyway, here goes: B: 1c dry cereal (took me 2 1/2 hrs to finish) L: 3/4 c crumbled sausage (mild) S: 1/2 deli sandwich and 1 serving cheetos cheese puffs (29) I have started adding a snack before bed because my doctor has given me a blood pressure/migraine pill that I have to take then and it upsets my stomach. So I will probably have a yogurt, applesauce cup or 1/2 c nf ns pudding. Not sure which yet. Still won't be much for the day. Hopefully tomorrow gets better. Beth

B:  LS oatmeal       2 slices turkey bacon       small banana S:  tangerine L:  1/2 cup 1% cottage cheese       FF yogurt       cheese stick S:  apple       2 cheese sticks D:  chicken with macaroni & cheese bowl (Applebee's).....sinfully delicious, God knows how many points!       side salad with 1 Tbsp blue cheese dressing S:  WW ice cream bar 20 points plus Applebees's....no idea how many there...had planned on ordering off the WW menu, but instead opted for comfort food  (allowed 31 for the day)

6:45 a.m. = protein pdr + 1/2 c apple juice + 1 tsp psyllium 9:00 = 1/2 odwalla super protein bar 11:00 = the other half 12:30 = 3 ounce can of tuna + 2 tsp light mayo + 1/8 c kalmata olives + 1/2 small avocado + 4 ritz crackers 3:00 hot choco hi pro drink 6:30 p.m. = 1 ounce grilled shrimp + 4 ounce grilled chicken breast  smothered in bbq sauce+ 1/2 bake potato plain + 1 small dinner salad with bleu cheese + 1x1 piece garlic bread + diet coke 1400 cals

I actually thought I ate WAY too much. I did have too much in fat, sodium, and carbs....but I am ok with it. B: Nothing L: I had a homemade sub sandwich. Sub roll, turkey, monterey jack cheese, miracle whip light. I hade like half a serving of sun chips, and two Famous Amos little chocolate chip cookies. D: I had one light hot dog and one regular beef one, both with buns. A half serving of Mac and Cheese and a full serving of sun chips.  I never ate anything else after that, do to us getting like a foot of snow I didnt go anywhere after I got home...it wasnt safe out there. I decided to check out the Exercise TV options on my Cable...On Demand. I ended up doing like 45 minutes of working out. Some ballet Plie crap...omg what a burn lol. Some Kickboxing..that girl kicked my ass. OH yea and remember Carmen Electra the strip thing AHAHAH there was one on there from ehr dvd...it was hard as hell. It was the lap dance one...my muscles ached from that. It was fun. SO all in all with working out I came out to 486 calories.

Ohh..  Had a bad day yesterday (2/6) food wise. B: Turkey Ham & Eggbeaters lavash with 1 slice provolone S: Handful cinna-berry breakfast blend trail mix L: 1 slice turkey meatloaf, 1 turkey brat on wheat with mayo, must, ketchup, 1 turkey brat by itself,  2 servings Squash with onions, 1 serving baked beans,  2 little 1 inch triangles of some kind of desert with coconut. S: 1 turkey brat by itself D: 1/2 - 3/4 cup of spaghetti made with ground beef, bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, black olives and no-sugar hunts spaghetti sauce over spaghetti squash (weird stuff that spag. squash) S: 1-1.5 cups same spaghetti squash stuff S: 2 tablespoon peanut butter mixed with prolly 4 or 5 tablespoons butter pancake syrup on two piece of what Ayyyyee yie yie!!  I'm trying to figure out what triggered this behavior. I think it was the carbs from the day before but that just doesn't make all that much sense. Then I thought maybe it was because I ate a big lunch. I was overstuffed. I think that when that feeling started going away I felt the urge to stuff myself again.  Luckily I went to bed feeling full but not to the point that I was in pain.  Still I did very poorly today.  Perhaps you guys can help me to figure out what triggered this level of eating?
