Shari.. tangent here but I cannot find that laughing cow cheese! I noticed it in one of your posts... I want to try it! I think there is a garlic kind.. is there a special store you get it at.. Didn't see it at WallyWerld tonight.

Sorry not to but into your convo, but I saw your question about the laughing cow and I love the stuff... In the Light version they have about 3 different flavors I believe -- a garlic, an onion maybe and an herb or something like that -- anyway, the light version is in a disc type container that contains like 8 single wedges within it.  I find it most anywhere around here (including wally world) but different stores seem to put it in diff. places.  Some keep it on the cheese wall like with the parmesan and shredded, and some keep it over by the deli or near produce/bakery in a cooler so you may try that too?!?!  Just thought I'd throw that out there.  Not sure what stores you have down there in TX but I have not had a problem finding it at WalMart, Sams (I buy it in bulk, he he), I think even Target before, Kroger......most anywhere I've looked....   hope that helps

Wally carries it--- it's in with cheese spreads though usually-- not with regular cheese.  Comes in a flat round package. Sometimes it's not even refrigerated. Comes in original swiss, garlic and herb, and french onion flavors. Look it up on google so you can see it!

Oh Janina.. I knew this question would be here today as usual.. .lol

And the answer is E V E R Y T H I N G~!  I ate EVERYTHING!

an egg w/2 pieces of sugar free bacon

an ounce or so of nice fresh provolone 2 servings of oscar meyer shaved turkey

another egg

two spoons of that FAB cheesecake pudding recipe Shari shared

A roasted chicken breast with garlic, oregano, asiago&romano Mussels and shrimp done in the juice I made the kids' chicken cacciatore

When I added all the calories in fitday.. they came to about 1400.  I'm not stressing very badly cause I had a decent workout today (legs), then walked the mall looking for danskins in a smaller size.  Still.. it's a lot for me.
