Well crud...
This is the SECOND weigh-in to track my weight- that I've STAYED at 190!!!
I am SOOOOO CLOSE I can TASTE it!!!! I have SEEN it! But I am NEVER 189 ON the day I track my weight I am so close to loosing a full 30 pounds.... SO CLOSE to being OUT of the 190's.... yet, it aint happening :(
I'm going by the booklet that came with the elliptical... it says to start out on the first level and take it slow for the first month (I won't do that for the whole MONTH!) But I am on it every evening and I do as neecee said... I go fast for a minute at a time- then mellow a bit... then speed up again. I plan to use it daily.... I think that will help me to get up to speed faster :) (The booklet says 3-5 days per week)
Just a little frustrated right now :( But who knows... maybe I'll be down a little more by the 10th for the challenge? I hope so!!!
