HAHAHAHA. I love Miracle Whip. The only time I have real mayo is if I am eating a burger, or something from Fast Food. If I am making a sandwich...its Miracle whip all the way!

S:  venti sugar free hazelnut latte, with soy milk (230)

     luna bar (again, guess I better not buy any more of those! ) (180 cal)

D:  Amy's tomato bisque soup with four crackers (240+ 60)

Total : 1480 calories  and 28 out of 34 WW points

Okay day here. 7:30 a.m. = 1/2 protein bar (150 cals) 11:00 = other half 12:45 = 1 c high protein soup + 2 c kale + 4 mary's gone crackers + 1/2 avocado + 1/4 c salsa 3:30 = high protein hot chocolate 6:30 = 3 small fish breaded filets + 1 tsp tartar sauce + 1/2 c cabbage + 1 ounce shred cheese + 1 small tamale + 1/2 c cottage cheese + 1 taco shell + diet cherry pepsi

B: Nothing L: Mexican Flag Salad D: WHite Castle Venison Pie I also had a small chicken tender that I had grilled up the day before so I can use them for my salads and what not.  I did TurboJam last night as well.....I wanted to go to the gym tonight it doesnt look like that is going to happen the roads are horrible right now and are only getting worse we are getting so much snow right now!

L: Crock pot lean pork steak with cream of mush/celery over 1 cup white rice.  1/2 banana.
S: 1 serving Cinna-berry breakfast blend trail mix (149 cals)
D: 2 turkey bratwurst on wheat buns with mayo, ketchup, mustard. 1/2 cup baked beans, 3/4 cup seasoned squash with onions


100 ounces of water for the day.
