Diet going well
I started this protien shake diet on Jan 8th and since then I've lost 23 lbs. You can see my profile and copy the link to my fitday account and see what I've been eating. I started out trying to do a liquid diet only, but I just couldn't do it, so now I'm eating lots of "rabbit food" and as little carbs as possible besides fruits and vege's, the good carbs.
I have 3 protein shakes a day with 2 scoops each. Each scoop is 23 gr of protein and the ones I've been using by EAS are prety tasty. Chocolate is the best but also hardest to find. Vanilla is good to. The strawberry is too much to do for a week though.
