January Results and NSV

Well I'm 236. That is a 4lb loss last month in addition to the one I lost in Dec. Also I went shopping for clothes today for my new position.. I AM A 38 waist now! I can't remember being in a 38.. not even in elementary school. Just a lil closer to normalcy... -Bud

Thanks Everyone: Chris: Those big and tall clothes are still comfortble. I actually thought about going there today to get some work shorts for $30. I am a Medium shirt, but the arms are too short everywhere I get a shirt. It's either that or buying long sleeve and get the shirts taken up. Ida know. Brenda: I am chicken! I'm not shame to admit. You must be tall?  I think most of the big and tall stores sell smaller sizes for the just tall, but not big, people. I dunno though... I'm big and short so I've never paid any attention!!  hahahah!
