B: Nothing L: Tuna with miracle whip and pickle, only half the can with 1 piece of white bread. A sugar free Chocolate Mint Pudding D: White Castle Ground Venison Pie (Jerz it was DELICIOUS!!!!!!! I had mustard with mine!) OH and a deviled Egg for some reason I wanted one. I also ate a few other things...but I was still under 1000 calories. I didn't work out like I wanted. Tomorrow, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday and Sunday I should be hitting up the gym.

He he.  I can imagine with venison it is.  I think I'm going to add bread and butter pickles to mine next batch.  Remember, it's caloric though, so a little goes a long way.  My trick is to cut in 8's and know it's 1 slice per meal ONLY.

Its really not that high in calories the way I made it. I plugged everything in to DailyPlate and did the recipe and everything. I didnt use the onion soup I used the onion powder and dried onions and I cut it into 8 pieces as well. 1 serving is only 228 calories. And 15g of fat. I always find ways to cut back on calories. :)  For lunch today I am having the Mexican Flag Salad I put everything into thedailyplate it states it has 16g of carbs I need to figure out where it si coming from....

With low carb it would be net carbs....so there may be less than you think?  I dunno.

Just so ya know, Christa...the term "net carbs" has no scientifice merit. It is a term made up by food companies.

Not sure I agree, Neecee.  FOr instance, I had some greenbeans the other day and thought uh oh as Fitday told me I had 15g of carbs.  I didn't account for the dietary fiber which was nearly half the carbs.  I freaked as I have to keep my carbs to 20 (realistically for me 30-40).  I don't personally advocate any of the low carb products as I think they play with your body a bit and all we need is natural foods....

Christa are you still losing with consuming these low amounts of calories?  I always thought that if you eat low cals and then exercise and end up with  negative calories that you body would go into starvation mode?   Are you experiencing any slow down or is it still dropping off?
