B: Yogurt and Coffee (230 cal) S: Protein shake (150 cal) L: Lean Cuisine (270 cal) & 1 York Peppermint Patty (40 cal) S: Cheesecake (91 cal an ounce!! - 364 cal) D: Pasta with Broccoli (300 cal) and 5 Chicken nuggets (210 cal) Total: 1564 calories I'm regretting the cheesecake.   It wasn't even that good.  Blech...

So now you know (that it wasn't worth it)! That's all. I wish I could believe that myself more. Wake-up: Iced coffee with skim milk - 90 Breakfast: soy yogurt with 1/2 serving walnuts -200 Lunch 1: Amy's tamale pie - 150 Lunch 2: Ham & Muenster roll-up in corn tortillas - 245 Dinner (will be): Quinoa in veggie broth, steamed rutabaga and beet greens - 300 Dessert (will be): bottle of Stella Artois, 2 Mallomars - 260 I also used some Crystal Light today. Total: 1265

I'm gonna fix your cheesecake problem, right here and now, mmkay? But you have to believe me how good it is, and how easy to make, and do it before I come up and smack you inna eye! One box SF/FF Instant Jello Pudding-- Cheesecake Flavor Two cups cold skim milk 8 ounces Fat Free Cream Cheese Put 'em in a blender, and pour into 6 half cup containers. 85 calories    0 fat    11 carbs   9 protein For extra yumminess (and 10 more calories) top with a tablespoon of no sugar added Strawberry Preserves. You HAVE to try this!

Shari, I just did this in the lower carb version (using half n half and regular cream cheese) and OMG.. it's FANTASTIC! I was trying to figure out what to give Jon instead of birthday cake Friday.... and THIS is definitely it!  It was so good that I kept sticking my finger in it!!  He's gonna love it!!  He so LOVES cheesecake! Thank you!!

B: Hot Turkey Ham & Eggbeaters whole grain Lavash/Wrap L: 3 shake & back BBQ chicken legs, 2 servings mustard greens, 2 servings cauliflower, 1 orange. S: 1/4 cup white rice, .25 ounce lean pork cooked in fat free cream of mush/celery  (Late snack before karate) D: 1.25 cup white rice, 3-4 oz lean pork cooked in fat free cream of mush/celery with portabella mushrooms S: 60 cal Mango baby food ( love that stuff!), 2 orange slices. Gotta cut out the after dinner snack. It's the sweets I'm craving. I suppose it could be much worse.
