How do you eat your tuna...from a can that is. Canned Tuna. I drain mine, slap in some light Miracle whip, a chopped up pickle and bam. There it is. I eat it with bread or crackers. Or eat it by itself mixed up like that. At times I add in things like tomato, broccoli, or green onions. But I need some ideas I like tuna and well I want it different ways. Oh and some crock pot recipes too...I have a new crock pot from X-Mas that hasn't even been out of the box yet. Healthy recipes :) maybe even low in carbs? Or reasonable in carbs. Thanks!!!

I'm not much different... ok.. the way I USED to do tuna.. Tuna packed in water/drain. chopped up carrots, celery, onions Hellman's light mayo I used to mix that all up and stuff a tomato with it sprinkled with olive oil and red wine vinegar and oregano I dunno NUTTIN' about tuna in crockpots... but I got one helluva toikey breast in there right now!  MMMmm ..  when done like this, it's almost decadent... no gravy required!

Hmmm hummus and tuna??  I'll have to give that a try, I LOVE hummus!

I like tuna most ways, but when I eat it for a low fat meal I just put seasoning salt or celery salt and lots of dill.  Put it on a cracker.  Dill also tastes good with mixed with mayo.

When you want beef, I'll tell ya, the White Castle Hamburger Pie is amazing.  But the girl asked for tuna, so tuna it is.

Tuna Hashbrowns: Mix the canned tuna with olive oil and some toast crumbs.  Add in your favorite veggies like onion or whatever! Add enough oil and toast crumbs until you are able to form a patty out of it. Then BAM, SLAM that baby on the skillet at medium high heat until it browns. Flip it, and brown again.  Add your favorite hot sauce and ketchup! YUM YUM! Lol..  ok.. so I made that up.. but for real. I usually just eat my tuna like you but sometimes I mix it up and add a little vinegar and olive oil in it. Then I season with italian style seasonings. Gives it a bit of a twang for a different taste.  Otherwise I use light mayo, salt, pepper, garlic powder, a little rosemary, chopped up pickle (never use the relish), sauteed onions, and hard boiled egg. I eat it on whatever! :)  Occasionally, I add in weird stuff like curry powder, gumbo file,  cajun seasoning, etc.  I'm weird like that though. Sometimes it tastes awful..sometimes it's good! lol
