What did you eat today? 02/03
Today was my last road day and actually I'm relieved. This is the bizarre product of going from a hotel to the airport to my semi-stocked fridge that I have not seen in a few days:
B: White toast with peanut butter, blueberry low-fat yogurt, black coffee (350)
L: Tim Horton's maple dip donut (210)
D: Skyr with flax seed (170), 2 veggie burger patties with a slice of vegan "cheese" (275)
I ate closer to 1700-1800 calories on Friday and Saturday, with lots of junk included. I don't know if I should be posting in this thread because obviously I don't have the courage to speak up when I have wronged!
B: Subway sausage and egg wrap with pickle, black olive, jalapeno , lite mayo
L: 3 slices turkey lunchmeat on high fiber wheat, with 1 slice provolone, 1tbsp mayo, huge hunks of lettuce. 1/2 Bowl appetite rice and mixed veggies, 1 orange
S: 1 regular size butter finger and 1 XXL lo-carb energy drink
S: 1/2 piece of MIL's homeade bread. Good stuff, but it was enriched flour, hence the 1/2 piece :)
D: 2 shake n bake BBQ chicken drumsticks/legs, 3 servings mustard greens, 2 servings boiled cauliflower (salt/pepper). 1 lo-fat/light strawberry cheesecake yogurt (80 cals)
S: 2 saltine crackers, 2 tablespoons JIF peanut butter, creamy.
Little low on the water at about 50 ounces for the day. I was more hungry today. I think that's because I skipped Karate on Thursday night. I noticed this morning I was up 1.5 lbs. I think that's probably because of the energy drink. Carbonation seems to make me retain water.
2/4/08 Preworkout: 1 hard boiled egg Breakfast: egg white omelet with turkey bacon and cheddar Snack: flank steak rollup with herbs and swiss cheese Lunch: salad with wasabe dressing, Linda's White Castle Hamburger Pie Snack: hard boiled egg(s) Dinner: chicken salad over lettuce (Red meat heavy, but that's not my normal thing--I'm PMSing and I tend to crave to get iron before my cycle.)
