B: 1 scrambled egg with bacon bits, ham bits and cheese mixed in (probably 125 cal), 1 piece of toast with butter (100 cal) and 1 turkey sausage link (30 cal)  L: 8 Chicken nuggets from McD's (336 cal) D: Skipping (just not hungry enough) S: 1 cup of Cran-strawberry juice S: 8 Dove ice cream mini bars (450 cal) Total: 1141 I didn't get to WW this morning (my sister got into a car accident last night at 3am, so I was up until 5am with her); I was just too tired.  I'll join next weekend.  I'm not in a hurry.  Hope everyone had a great weekend.  Enjoy the Superbowl!

Make the trip down here someday-- I havea great gym with lotsa pools. I look much worse in a swimsuit than most of you will ever get close to. While I am down about 145 pounds, becasue I was so very large and have lipodema, I have big flabby pockmarked piles of hangy flesh all over. The only scale I trust is the electronic one in the hall at the gym. So I literally strip down to my swimsuit in front of God 'n everybody. SInce I swim right after, I walk in just my suit down the 50 foot hallway lined with exercise machines and guys doing sit ups, and every person in the place looks at me-- it's kinda hard not to. You know, you THINK they're all thinking nasty **** but I know this 20 year old kid (ex student) who's a lifeguard-- and he says, "You know, at first I look because, well, it's weird, different-- but later I came to realize that fat people who keep coming out are the bravest and coolest people on earth. And people with a lot of hangy skin because the used to be fatter people are even cooler than that!" So there you go. I stopped exercising at the gym for most of this winter because a) I was cold (I'm a swimmer) B) My abdomen was still iffy and C) I had no energy at all. But I realized that sometimes you have to spend energy to make energy, so I am committed to exercising again. Let's get back in there, 'neener. -Shari

B: 2 Special K Red Berry Waffles      2 pieces turkey sausage      1 naval orange L:  3 slices Cajun Turkey breast, 1 piece of cheese on flax seed wheat bread with a little light mayo       Handful baked cheetos       1/4 cup cottage cheese S:  10 slices turkey pepperoni D:  Sm. bowl bean soup       PB on english muffin Drank crystal light and propel all day, and made myself get back on the treadmill this morning -- I took a hiatus for about a week because my asthma has been so bad.  I still can't breathe but I am not going to keep losing weight if I can't get SOME exercise in.  Uugh!

Mmm.. suprisingly refreshing.. not too bad.. a little too sweet but.. it felt like I was having a coke!  I've had two since then.  If I back off.. I'll feel like I've cheated and I'm getting back on track!
