B: Yogurt and Coffee (230 cal)
L: 1.5 eggs over easy (75 cal) 2 piece toast (100 cal) 1 sausage link (60 cal) 2 piece of bacon (32 cal) (327 cal total)
D: 2 oz Brisket w/gravy (250 cal) 1/4 cup mashed potatos (100 cal) 1/4 cup corn (50 cal) (400 cal total)
Total: 957 cal
I'm low again, so I think I'll have a piece of chocolate cake tonight. Just regular, out-of-the-box cake with some frosting. No clue how many calories that will be - depends on the size of the piece I bet, but I won't eat too much.
I'm joining WW tomorrow morning. I think I need the extra support. Plus, it's a very healthy, educational method to weight loss, so I could use the help. I've been teetering at the same weight for 3 weeks and I'm getting frustrated. Maybe I'm not eating enough?
B: 1c raisin bran, 1/2 c skim milk
L: 1 pc toast (low-cal, low-fat, multi-grain) w/ 2 tbsp peanut butter, 8 oz skim milk, 4 oz unsweetened applesauce
S: 6 quarter size 1/2" pcs smoked sausage, 3/4 c plain broccoli, 1nf ns yogurt, flavored no cal water
Not sure about tonight. Going to a Mardi Gras party with my hubby but have no intention of screwing this up now. Wish me luck!

Sunday Food:
9:00 ish (slept til 8!): 2 eggs, over easy + 2 ounces lean canadian bacon + 1 c nf milk + 3 pieces toast with butter (yes, 3)
Biggo walk from 10:30 - 12:00, then a half protein bar
1:45 ish: plan to eat a half meatloaf sandwich with mayo and lettuce, giant apple + coffee always black
will have artichoke dip and mutligrain pretzels, veggies at the Stupor Bowl party I am going to. Mainly, seeing GS, playing with them.
Roasting a chicken today with herbs, will have church potaotes with it - cheesy sour creamy wonder + steamed broccoli.
