Abstinence - Day 1
Today I weighed myself first thing in the morning, and I have gained 3-1/2 pounds. I weigh 270 pounds now. I started my new abstinence right away, giving up cookies, candy, and junk food, and sticking to my food plan.
Breakfast
1 whole wheat English muffin with margarine
1/2 cup scrambled egg substitute
1 banana
1 cup 1% milk
2 cups coffee
20 oz. water
Lunch
Cornmeal mush
1% milk
Dinner
Steak on griddle
Baked white potato with margarine
1 can vegetable soup
Some grapes
1-1/2 cups 1% milk
Evening Snack
Popcorn
1 granola-type large Slimfast Bar
20 oz. water
