LVS - drink the g*ddam thing already!!!!!!  Our stores have those shortie ones, like Kriz said...8 ounce.  Limit them, but have one once in a while.  BETTER YET:  And about diet coke, try the Coke Zero - I think you will be amazed.  NOT that horrid **** you are remembering from the 70's when it tasted like it was changing our DNA! Try coke zero...it is way too sweet for me! I double dog dare you.

OH yeah, I forgot about coke zero. I don't like it because it takes too much like regular coke!  That might be the way to go!

BWAahahhahaaha... ok.. I needed that laugh! I just called Jon (he's out running errands), and asked him to get me one.  I just hope it's a real zero when it gets here!  LOL   So.. this ZERO has NOTHING.. no calories.. no sugar.. right?

Yes... it's a bit sweeter than I expected.. I'll say that..  surprisingly refreshing though makes me feel a tad evil.. but not guilty so far no nasty taste not too shabby....

B: Eggbeaters & turkey ham flat out with 1tsp mayo.  An Orange. L:  Fried chicken 1 thigh, 1 leg. Green beans, small salad with tomato basil dressing, 5 green olives. 1 snack cup of diced peaches in splenda. S: 1 orange D: 1 slice of turkey meatloaf (4" x 1.5"), 2-3 servings green beans, 1 serving zucchini in tomato sauce. S: Butterfinger Blast from Sonic.  It's the wife's fault!!  :P I was doing well until that blast! hehehe

I ate just enough (or just too many, as the case may be!) calories to maintain yesterday, which is alright I guess...but ALL junk-o-rama that I couldn't bare to record! I know that is the point of this post, but it's just too sad. We're talkin' candy and Coca Cola. I didn't prepare for the road well at all. I started off this morning a little better, but it's still just hotel breakfast...an English muffin with peanut butter and a fat free strawberry yogurt, plus black coffee. I will be thinking about the board when I go about the rest of my day
