B: 2 yogurt parfaits from McD's w/o the granola (260 cal) L: Lean Cuisine (230 cal) S: 2 mini butter fingers & protein shake (100 & 150 cal) S: Rice Crispy Treat (90 calories) D: Chicken Scallopini (144 cal) http://recipes.howstuffworks.com/chicken-scallopini-with-lem on-caper-sauce-recipe.htm (I leave out the chili powder and add some wine for flavor) Total: 974 Calories I'm low on calories today so I'm going to find something else to munch on.  Maybe some pasta with my chicken tonight.  I don't know.   Have a good weekend!!

fast answer is too little!  1/2 scoop pr pdr + 1 c apple juice + 2 tsp psyllium 1/2 protein bar  That was IT until I got home just now: 1 lite beer 1/2 c egg salad 1 svg sun chips More beer (4), then chicken chili, white beans, tortillas after 7 tonight.  EDIT:  1 **** cream after 8:00.  A CUP! but what joy.

I will only eat them in summer with our tomatoes!  The store ones around here are criminally bad - no flavor whatsoever.  Maybe you get good ones from mexico?

No I get all my produce from WallyWerld mostly.  I use 3 types though.. The BIG slicing tomatoes, the fat cherry tomatoes, and the hot house tomatoes for making the sandwhiches.. They each have their good points.. I like the big slicing tomato causes i can slick it thick.. The cherries are sweet. The hot house are really ripe! Like deep red ripe and soft. -Bud

I haven't thought about those in AGES.. omg.. they were my fav... sliced tomato and yellow american on Italian bread with mayo..  Now THAT's a feast!

B: 1 c fried potatoes, 1 small apple L: 1 1/2 c skim milk, 1 c chicken and noodles (5 oz boiled chicken, 1/2 c rotini), 1 nf ns yogurt S: 1/2 pc banana bread D: applesauce cup, 1 c chicken and noodles w/ 1/4 c peas and carrots S: 3c fat free popcorn I'm not sure how many calories that is. I have been focusing on increasing my protein intake and lowering my carbs due to cravings. Carbs trigger sugar cravings for me and then all bets are off.  Beth
