B: 2 yogurt parfaits from McD's w/o the granola (260 cal) L: Lean Cuisine (230 cal) S: 2 mini butter fingers & protein shake (100 & 150 cal) S: Rice Crispy Treat (90 calories) D: Chicken Scallopini (144 cal) http://recipes.howstuffworks.com/chicken-scallopini-with-lem on-caper-sauce-recipe.htm (I leave out the chili powder and add some wine for flavor) Total: 974 Calories I'm low on calories today so I'm going to find something else to munch on. Maybe some pasta with my chicken tonight. I don't know. Have a good weekend!!

B: 1 c fried potatoes, 1 small apple L: 1 1/2 c skim milk, 1 c chicken and noodles (5 oz boiled chicken, 1/2 c rotini), 1 nf ns yogurt S: 1/2 pc banana bread D: applesauce cup, 1 c chicken and noodles w/ 1/4 c peas and carrots S: 3c fat free popcorn I'm not sure how many calories that is. I have been focusing on increasing my protein intake and lowering my carbs due to cravings. Carbs trigger sugar cravings for me and then all bets are off. Beth
