Weight.. scales...
I've been getting on the scale WAY to much this week. I have been pretty much sticking at/around 190.
Wednesday night as I stripped for bed- stood on the scale and it said 190.
Thursday morning - butt naked and before eating/drinking anything- it said 192.
Thursday night- 190
Friday morning- 192
I am so SICK of seeing it NOT MOVE DOWN!!! Okay... I know I'm not suppose to get on the scale that much and I haveto stop that cause I am getting really down about it. But do you think the scale is screwed up... or it is ME that is just screwed up? Should I just try harder (i.e., drink my water!!) or buy a new scale AND drink my water?
Dh checked and my elliptical has arrived at the Seattle dock and is ON the barge :) It will be here in my house on Monday! That is something to really look forward to! I'm pretty excited to get it and start! I've been feeling really run down and tired lately. Like, I could gp to sleep RIGHT NOW if I could!
My scale has been doing the same thing and it's a ww one also. I got other things to get before the scale so a new one will just have to wait for me. I've been thinking about the one that Jersey and everyone keeps mentioning.
Ya know, it really sounds like you've hit a plateau. Keep it up because it has to eventually break soon. I wonder what would happen if you shake things up a bit? Getting on that new toy of yours on Monday might just do the trick!
Has this 'plateau then loss' pattern happened before?
I know it happened heaps for me. I wouldn't change a thing and it would stall, I'd get cranky... then suddenly things would be moving again. Maybe you could try stepping up the intensity of of your exercise short spells- see if that kickstarts your loss again- that always worked for me anyway.
