I didn't have breakfast cause I worked out this morning and we all know what happens with a good workout so I prefer to do that on an empty stomache.
For lunch I had 2 scrambled eggs.
For dinner.. whoa.. I made the CUTEST freakin' meatloafs! I made two.. one with all the stuff plus breadcrumbs for the kids, and one with just egg, salt, pepper and romano for Jon and me.
I had about 6oz of that with a little squeeze of ketchup.. like.. a tsp or less (I hope I don't have to go into ketchup recovery over this one).
I don't know how many calories this comes to, but I'm thinking it's less than adequate for the day so I'm not worried about it. The ketchup has like 4 carbs in a serving...and I didn't have any other carbs today except for the half n half I put in the coffee and the splenda (1 carb per packet). I'm DEFINITELY under 20.

I'm going to Calgary for the weekend. BRRRRRRRRRRRRR. Thankfully my hotel room will have a mini-fridge, but it's going to be hard navigating those travel days anyway.
I had a good day, well until I got home from work. I missed my afternoon snack and too light at lunch.
6:30 a.m. = 1/2 scoop proteinpowder + 1 c nf milk + 1 tsp psyllium husk + vitamins
9:00 = coffee with soy milk, 1/2 scoop choco protein powder
12:00 = 2 c kale, balsamic dressing + 1 c hi pro soup + 4 sesame/flax crackers
1:30 p.m. = 1/2 protein bar
INSERT HERE: Incredibly stressful interlude all f$%^ing afternoon at work......
5:00 p.m. 1/2 beef sandwich, little mayo. + 1 serving fritos + 2 tsp avocado + 11 ounce pork tenderloin
Guess supper will be cut down a bit: beef gravy + pasta + broccoli. Heavy on the broccoli.

I don't even want to list what I ate yesterday. I can't do it. Yesterday was one of the worst days out my 6 weeks. And it might effect my weigh in tomorrow which I am sad about. I ended up going out to Uno's I just ate WAY too much yesterday because after uno's I ate some more...I just had a binge day and it's because of all the carbs I had prior to that at lunch yesterday. Today will be different. I just can't admit all the things I ate because i don't want to see the reality in calories....I might look it up later today but I know I had to of gone over 2,000. Which is just insane to me. No exercise either. Today and the weekend will be better. Ugh I feel bloated and yucky.
Oh update!!!! My mother has been on the Phentermine she ordered offline for 1 week. She's down 8 pounds!!! :) No exercise. And she doesn't take the pill every ay like I do she takes it like every other day or skips two days. Yay for her!
EDIT: Oh yea I am definitely well over 2,000 Calories. Ugh. I calculated everything.
