Binge!
Today I binged on four large whole wheat flat breads after lunch, plus two large Slimfast Bars. Oh well!
Breakfast
1 cup grits
1 banana
1 cup 1% milk
2 cups coffee
20 oz. water
Lunch
2 large whole wheat flat breads with spinach, 3 tomato slices, 6 slices chicken lunch meat, 1 slice American cheese, 1 tsp. mayo
6 oz. nonfat, low sugar yogurt with fruit
Several prunes
16 oz. water
4 pieces large whole wheat flatbreads
2 large Slimfast Bars
Dinner
1 cup Slow Cooker Bubble Pizza
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 can vegetable soup
1-1/2 cups 1% milk
