how did U move 2day?????
I can imagine. SOOO not my favorite thing. What did we do...why is it I forget soon after? Selective memory? What do I recall? Jumping jacks and crossovers (I've gotten so much better at these.) Suicides, running and placing 25 lb and lower weights at different sprint lines. All the way forward and back, thrid of the way forward and back, etc. then pick up the damn weights. Then walking lunges and squats at certain markers. Then a host of jumping sequences. What else? High low planks (raises) then walking high planks onto an aerobic step with pushups. Um, a variety of situps. Sprints on the treadmill where you push into a padded opponent. A running machine that does sprints, looks like an elliptical but isn't. More I've forgotten.
It's all good for me and I grow from it. But when doing it? Hate it to the core. My achilles is still letting me know it's not happy and I get scared about that.
Hell, I don't forget... I curse Andrew way into the night! Today was all supersets.. shoulders/arms and I HATE doing biceps, but my tri's dwarf them so I know I need to do it.. but I do **** and moan. Andrew says "good, I like when you hate it.. then I know we're DOING something". Um.. what's this "WE" ****! Tomorrow is LEGS.. I love doing LEGS! My hips are killin' me but I LOVE doing LEGS! I'm getting my teardrop back so I like this... I can't believe it's coming back without having to push 8 plates!
In between sets he's got me doing cherry pickers and another move I call John Travolta's (now he calls them that too) cause it reminds me of the Saturday Night Fever dance.
Your lungs must be KILLER to be doing this stuff!
Hello Neecee... I like your new avatar....
Today... I did 20 minutes on the elliptical on resistance 9,10,11,10,9 alternating and then 10 minutes on the treadmill walking at 3.5 mph and ramp on incline 8. Burned a total 425 calories.
Sweated my darn curls out!!! I am looking like this-----> now...
