B: Yogurt & Coffee (230 cal) S: Protein shake (150 cal) L: Lean Cuisine (300 cal) S: 2 mini butterfinger bars (120 cal) D: 1 cup pasta & 1 cup broccoli (275 cal) Total: 1075 calories I might have a few cookies tonight (1 serving is 140 calories) Have a great day!!

You just made me want some pasta. I will have to look into that. Wake-up: Iced coffee with soy milk ~100 Brunch: instant Oatmeal with fresh apple, skyr (yummy thick yogurt) ~255 Snack: broccoli and cauliflower with hot sauce dip ~ 35 Dinner: Pan-fried eye round steak with sticky rice and steamed asparagus + red cabbage ~405 Dessert: small bar dark chocolate, peppermint tea with almond milk ~240 Total: 1050 I get around to eating red meat a few times a year. STEAK AND DARK CHOCOLATE

Breakfast - 2 Eggs Snack - Half Protein Bar Lunch - Small Salad (lettuce, ranch, green onions, cucumbers, bacon) Snack - 3 Reese miniatures and the rest of the protein bar Dinner - Tomato sandwhich w/ fried rutabagas, turnips, jicama Snack - 3 peanut butter cookies.. -Bud

Hey, Neen!  I am having a great day fud-wise!  Need more veggies, my only downfall really. 6:30 a.m:  1/2 scoop protein powder (70 cals, no carbs) + 1 c nf milk + 1 tsp psyllium husk + vitamins 9:00:  1/2 protein bar 150 cals (4.5 g fat/15 g pro/12 g carbs) + 1 small apple 12:30:  2 ounce chicken parm + 1/4 c alfredo pasta + 1 c fresh kale 3:00  other half protein bar 4:00 3 rice sesame flax crackers + 2 tsp artichoke dip + 6 walnuts halfs 6:00 1/2 svg sun chips + 1/4 avocado Supper late tonight, 7:30 or a bit later:  cabbage rolls made with lean beef, barley,  smothered in tomato-y sauce.  I will have about 2 cups worth.  Total cals ~ 1475

B: Coffee (30 cal...for the milk) S: None L: French Onion Soup, 2 cups, Garden Salad w/grilled chicken, a few home fries, Coffee (est: (300 calories) S: Honey-Lemon Tea, XL from Tim Horton's. D: Salad w/balsamic dressing (30 cal), 4-cheese spinach dip (1/3 portion = 163 cal) 5 pita wedges (150 cal) and the chicken from my salad (100 cal) Total: 443 cal. S: a few almonds (100 cal) and 1/3 cup of dried cranberries (130 cal) I think I did well today...I drank LOTS of water and I had tea today.  So I believe I ate all of my 22 points.  First time in a long while.

B: Nothing L: I attempted to drink my Atkins Protein Shake...I drank like 3 sips I couldn't take the taste!!! D: I planned on having chicken stir fry without rice. But my dad said he was making venison backstraps so hell yea! So I had 4oz of Venison. 1 Cup of steamed Broccoli, A few mushrooms and onions for the Venison, 1/2 cup of Baked Beans, 1/2 cup of Cottage Cheese.  S: Jell-O brand Sugar Free Banana Fudge Supreme Pudding Consumed: 570 Calories.  Burned: 1,349 Equalling a -779.
