New Recipe
I am trying out a new recipe in my crockpot today*.
Breakfast
1 cup raisin bran
1 cup 1% milk
1 banana
2 cups coffee
20 oz. water
Lunch
2 large whole wheat flatbreads with spinach, 3 tomato slices, 6 slices chicken lunch meat, 1 slice American cheese, 1 tsp. mayo
6 oz. nonfat, low sugar yogurt with fruit
Several prunes
16 oz. water
Dinner
*Gingered Beef Stew (with carrots, red pepper, and green beans)
1 cup mashed potatoes with margarine
1/2 can pineapple chunks
1 can vegetable soup
1-1/2 cups 1% milk
