What did you eat today?
This is a great idea. B: 16.9 oz of Orange protein drink (30g protein) L: 1/4c low fat cottage cheese (7g protein) S: 8oz natural yogurt (10g protein) D: 8oz high protein chicken bouillon (15g protein) S: 1/2c sugar free chocolate fudge pudding (4g protein) I have no idea what my calorie count was. I'm planning on keeping track of that starting today. My struggle is getting in at least 60 grams of protein a day on my limited diet. It will get easier once I'm cleared to try more foods.
