What did you eat today?
I'm with you, I would love to see what others eat. Plus I do need some accountability BAD. I think this is a great idea. This way we can slap each others hands if need be. You even caught me on a bad day, and I will be accountable for it even. :) But I have the latest time zone here (Alaska time) so I haven't eaten dinner yet. I'll edit this later on. I like this idea!
okay, well I stressed today and that means eat! kept thinking about fighting it on the bike, but my little enemy guy in my head won unfortunately.
Breakfast: scrambled eggs (154 cal) with an oz of cheese (113cal)
snack: pb (73 cal) and jam (40 cal) on whole wheat breadx2 (140 cal)
lunch: my daughter came home and made waffles and I fell into them. 2 waffles (436)ouch! with syrup (100)
snack: apple (90cal)
dinner: salmon pattty (150 cal est.), 1c broccoli (30 cal), 1/2 c rice (200 cal).
My choices were off, but 1526 calories isn't too bad.
