I think a little accountability would do us some good.  Denise does this religiously, and I think we should too.  Plus I like to see what other people fit into a healthy diet.  Gives me some ideas. B: Yogurt (230 cal) S: Protein shake (150 cal) L: Lean cuisine (240 cal) S: York Peppermint Patty (40 cal) D: 10 piece chicken nugget (410 cal) Total: 1070 calories.

was on the road all day..

Around 8:00am I ate 1/2 slim jim

Was so hungry around 4 and the only thing available was a short slim jim w/cheese.

I got home and made 2 eggs with a sausage patty

Boy am I glad you asked today and not yesterday! Wake-up: Iced coffee with whole milk (125) Brunch: 1 mini banana nut muffin + 1 mini blueberry scone and a blac****d americano (225) Snack: Miso soup (30) , yellow bell pepper and cucumber with hot sauce dip (45) Dinner: Steamed black cod (sabelfish) with broccoli, cauliflower and red cabbage (330) Total so far: 755 calories, but I have the most awesomest red navel oranges and apples and yogurt and nuts and candied ginger and such waiting in the fridge, so with desert (not sure what I'm making yet) -- I will be bumping that total up a good bit! YUMZ. P.S. - I looove peppermint patties.

mmmmm red navels...mmmmmmm only have had like one great orange this year so far.  hope they get sweeter!

I'm with you, I would love to see what others eat. Plus I do need some accountability BAD. I think this is a great idea. This way we can slap each others hands if need be. You even caught me on a bad day, and I will be accountable for it even. :) But I have the latest time zone here (Alaska time) so I haven't eaten dinner yet. I'll edit this later on. I like this idea!

okay, well I stressed today and that means eat!  kept thinking about fighting it on the bike, but my little enemy guy in my head won unfortunately.   

Breakfast:  scrambled eggs (154 cal) with an oz of cheese (113cal)

snack: pb  (73 cal) and jam (40 cal) on whole wheat breadx2  (140 cal)

lunch:  my daughter came home and made waffles and I fell into them.  2 waffles (436)ouch! with syrup (100)

snack:  apple (90cal)

dinner:  salmon pattty (150 cal est.), 1c broccoli (30 cal), 1/2 c rice (200 cal). 

My choices were off, but 1526 calories isn't too bad.

I was quite hungry today! Breakfast: A turkey ham, eggbeaters, colby jack cheese, spring mix salad, wrapped in a flax seed, oat bran, whole wheat flour lavash. (Like a flat out)  I love these lavash things. 1/2 of one is 50 calories, 7g carbs. They taste wonderful! Lunch: 1 shake n bake large boneless chicken breast 2-3 servings green beans 1 serving whole corn 1 organic orange Dinner: 1 small salad with bacon crumbles, green olives, parmesan cheese and sun dried tomato basil dressing 2 cups of steamed mixed veggies (broc, carrots, snap peas, baby corn) 2 servings shrimp (about 30..hey they were really small!)  flavoried with butter, salt, pepper I've got a sweet tooth too.  I'm not sure why I'm so hungry today. Yesterday I hardly ate at all. Perhaps it was the exercise.. (shrug)

Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs Lunch: 3 Ribs with 1 and 1/2 piece of bread Snack: 3 reese pieces miniatures Dinner: 1 Rib with .5 piece of bread Snack: 2 peanut butter cookies made with soy flour. -Bud

Man you eat sooooo litttle!! How do you do it!!??  How do you eat 1 rib and be satisfied? ZOMG, it's a 1/2 rack at a minimum for me!
